What every workspace has, always, with no switch.

Rule of thumb: if switching it off would hurt the person (their data, their way back, their safety), it's core.

• The dashboard: HQ, a page and the AI chat. Panes and their order are settings, but the HQ page can't be removed (checkBlueprint refuses it).
• HQ: proposals waiting for approval, version history with undo, the blueprint itself. Built from hq.* system blocks, so it can be rearranged.
• Versions: every save is kept; undo restores an earlier version as a new one.
• Account: Convex Auth, email + password; one workspace per account for now. Next: Apple, Google and email-code sign-in, several workspaces per account.
